I founded The Impact Collective because everyone has an impact story—whether shaped by choice or circumstance. With 15+ years across for-profit, non-profit, public, and private sectors—including as a VP in HR—I’ve developed strategies that drive results and empower people to thrive.

After leaving corporate, I built Koko’s Kitchen, a premium plant-based pet treat company, from the ground up. That journey reinforced the power of resilience, adaptability, and staying true to a vision—insights I bring to every client.

As a lifelong learner, I’m currently pursuing ICF accreditation through iPEC, an internationally recognized coaching certification, to refine my ability to empower individuals using proven methodologies like Energy Leadership™. This training strengthens my approach to helping leaders and entrepreneurs navigate challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
